Ice cream making

 Ice cream is the most delicious food that we all love to eat. Most of the time, this is eaten as dessert. This is a food people always eat on hot days. There are times when some people eat ice cream even when they feel sad or depressed.

Required ingredients:

Fresh milk/Cow milk 1 1/2l

Sugar 350-400g

Jelatine 10g

Cromadal 20-40g

Milk powder 4-6 tbsp

Margarine 1 1/2tsp

Permitted colours and flavours

Method of making

Keep milk in the stove, heat and remove the yogurt once.

Dissolve milk powder in little water and add it too.

Add sugar.

Heat well.

Add margarine and cromadal.

After it is heated well, take it off the stove.

Dissolve jelatine and add it too.

Add permitted colours and flavours.

After it is cooled a little beat it for 20 minutes.

Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Later take it out and like before (for 20 minutes ) beat it.

Keep it in the deep freezer for one hour.

This way, beat it for 3 to 4 times and keep it in the deep freezer.

It is important to keep in a container with a 2% salt solution when kept in the refrigerator.

Kokis crispy and tasty

 For this traditional new year festival celebration, everyone makes traditional foods. Hmm I could make kokis only though there are many kinds of food.  To make kokis I allocated 300g rice flour, Coconut milk of one coconut, make 2 cups from it. About 1tsp of salt, 1tbsp of sugar.. you may add more for your taste preference. 🙂 1tsp of turmeric powder to give it a yellow colour.  1 egg to avoid stickiness ; helps easily removed from mould. I used 1tbsp of butter for the same reason . But I suggest that you need not use butter because it might cause the mould not to get enough of the batter as it increases slippery. Oil 500ml Let's see how we can make the batter for the kokis: Put rice flour into a bowl. Then add coconut milk (2 cups) little by little and stir it well.
