Learning and books. Right use of the books.

 Books

When students learn, they keep records on books. Books are very useful to students when learning. Because they keep records and when things learnt forgotten books should be there to write about them on papers or books.

Why books are useful?

People keep things written on books so even if the information is forgotten they  are not lost. Not only when you forget about the information, people in the past wrote on books about important information which are useful for every human beings' lives. Some of the people who wrote on books are not alive. So in these scenarios books had been very useful and important to keep records on so if there were not these books people live in present may not be able to get these information.

In the past people used to write things on rocks, trees and in caves. But after papers are made people started to write things on papers and books. So they are remained for a long time. As the time pass by the technology revolution occurred. So everything is now digitally recorded.

When considering about school education systems books are used to write notes on them. They require many books because there are so many notes to keep and to remember. When people are used to write on books they tend to just focus on writing on books other than learning what's there in the books. They just write on books what they see or hear and forget the notes. And for them it's only limited to just writing on books. That's wrong and it shifts them away from their productive education path. So it's important to give practical knowledge to students from the beginning. It really helps them learn well about what they study. So they don't have to waste their time. Students should focus more on real life situations and it will improve working their brain faster more efficiently and they are developed a lot faster than others who are limited to just books. It is apparent that you can not keep all the things remembered and stored in your brain so that's why you will need to  write them on books. There's another aspect of writing on books. This is something I have seen and experienced  in my life; especially among girls. Girls tend to form a special like towards writing on books, writing on it beautifully, they focus on rather handwritings, colour pens, stickers, pictures, colour pencils and cover pages and not about what they study, though not every person thinks the same. However on the other hand this is not a bad thing because it helps someone to improve their designing skills, creativity and it may cause them to choose the path to a designing position. However when they go out of focus by this way on what they are supposed to be studying it is a failure for them. Because what they were supposed to do was however not accomplished. If learning is not done properly and it will affect their lives negatively. I truly believe that the practical approach for learning is indeed necessary for a productive education system. But books should not be avoided. Directing to use books in a proper way is what required to do. Someone who is used to learn in a practical manner, has more possibilities to ascertain and look at things from a broad view and is able to see the distance of things in a right direction. And this is what you can see apart from the person who is only limited to theories written on books. The person whom I mentioned before can go a lot further than the person who is just a bookworm. The person who goes with the practical aspect is able to see more and his or her brain is developed a lot faster. Other person is busy maintaining the book and is mostly out of the focus on what is supposed to be studying. So the practical oriented person reaches the path's destination or expectation first and the other person delays.

However the use of books should be identified well by the students. So with the proper use of books and with the practical approach of studying cause a lot of more productivity in the studies.

So I recommend all the education systems should follow the practical approach in order to obtain the optimum productive result from every student and for sure every individual will reach their best possible outcome at any given opportunity and easily reach their success without a doubt.

Guava at this time.

During this April season, the trees also bear fruits fully grown, other than in other times of the year.  This is the first time I saw this much big fruits in this guava tree since I came here.😀 Wow it makes me think that this time has a real meaning of giving us the best from nature though it's very hot these days and it's always sweating. 🥵 It's very tasty mmm.. I have seen pregnant mothers demand this fruit. Let's see what it has got to offer us: Firstly it bears a nice taste & it has many nutritious benefits for us.  Its leaves also act as a remedy for some skin problems such as bacteria infections. Crushed leaves and turmeric together makes its possible.

Vesak has arrived.

This is Vesak season. It seems that many people are preparing for Vesak with great enthusiasm and are going to see Vesak. Very beautiful Vesak lanterns are erected and hung in many places. Why is Vesak special? It is on Vesak that the Lord Buddha, who realized the truth of the world, was born, passed away (Parinirwanaya), and became a Buddha (Enlightened). To remember these, the Buddhist people of the world engage in various religious ceremonies for them. In the distant past of the Bodhisattva, when he was an ascetic Sumedha, the Bodhisattvas received the definitive explanation from the Lord Buddha named Dipankara on a Vesak day. Lord Buddha came to Kelaniya and placed his left foot mark on Samanala Mountain, "Sri Pada," on Vesak day. Several other very special incidents like this happened on the day of Vesak Pura Pasaloswaka. Vesak Lantern This picture shows the Vesak lantern I made for this Vesak. I bought a plastic template to make this. After that, three colors of tissue...
