  I don't know exactly what this food is called generally. So I had to call it here as 'Kithul Flour mixture'. I had no idea what to cook for breakfast that day. Then suddenly I thought of making this food as Kithul flour available in husband's buttik where he sells different kinds of Ayurvedic items. However this is not the first time I made this.  So let's see how I cooked this that day. I required below ingredients to accomplish. 2 cups of water 2 cups of Kithul flour 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk Less than 1tsp of salt 3 tbsp of sugar First I put water to heat.  When it's heat enough to 100°C I put Kithul flour into the vessel little by little.  While it's being added stirred it well. Then I put coconut milk and stirred.  Keep stirring the mixture. Then I added salt and sugar while it's been stirred. You may add more sugar if you want though I had 3tbsp only. Keeping the mixture in the heat for 4-5 minutes is enough. Now our breakfast is ready and it

 This is Vesak season. It seems that many people are preparing for Vesak with great enthusiasm and are going to see Vesak. Very beautiful Vesak lanterns are erected and hung in many places. My rose is about to bloom. I brought this rose plant, and it had two flowers initially when I bought it from my home town. This flower in the photo below was the first to bloom after I planted it in the pot. New rose petals are red. A new rose blooms from every branch that comes. I have planted this plant in a pot. I put a lot of fertilizer in the soil. I added manure, chicken manure, albizia leaves, banana husks, and liquid manure obtained by pulverizing 'banana flower' to this. Some of the leaves of this rose had turned yellow. So I cut them off. I cut off some of the branches that looked weak as well. I was also interested in protecting this plant from fungal infections and insect damage. It is very important that this plant be healthy if it is to grow well. I first became aware of the tricks. I sprinkled the neem leaf extract once and soapy water about two or three times. I can now see that my rose plant is growing healthy and luxuriant. Currently, three buds are visible o

 2023-05-01 This is my new night dress. This is the first time I wore this type of night dress. It does look so pleasant to eyes.  My mother sewed this. I started wearing this on 28 th April.

 2022 Nov 08 Yesterday I had this ice cream for Rs.150/- in Colombo. 😊 We had to go to buy some spices for wholesale prices.  Cloves were Rs. 3000/- 1kg There were cloves for below prices. 3200/- , 3500/- , 3600/- , 4000/- Cardamom 100 g were Rs. 800/-  And there were cardomom for higher prices. I went along with my mother by train.

 2022-Nov-10 This is a chocolate bag. My mother could find it from her cupboard. It was a chocolate bag gifted from my uncle. It's now more than 15 years old for this bag. But it is still look new and good quality. It is a transparent bag. It has a nice cartoon boat picture on its body. You probably know the name of the chocolate in it.  It's so cute. I like it.
